The experience begins at the Radisson Blu Hotel, located in the heart of Nantes in a historic building near the city center.

Once immersed in the dark, all your senses will come alive. You’ll have the freedom to rely on whichever senses you choose to help uncover the contents of your plate.

At the end of the experience, you’ll return to the light and discover what you actually tasted in our dark dining room—and whether your guesses were correct!
