Before coming to try our new menu, here’s a quick look back at our previous spring menu, which we served from the end of March to the end of June.
Starter:
Ceviche of lieu jaune with a leche de tigre sauce – a fresh, tangy starter that gently awakens the taste buds.
Main course:
Pressed spiced chicken thigh served with pearl couscous and dukkah (a mix of spices and nuts) a dish that takes you on a journey to the East.
Cheese:
A plate based around Brillat-Savarin, a soft cheese with a bloomy rind, accompanied by a citrus fruit brunoise and meringue pieces flavoured with Batak berries. A dish balancing sweet and tangy, soft and crunchy.
Dessert:
A bold creation blending pear, chocolate, vanilla, whisky, and black garlic. A surprising yet comforting dessert, smooth, creamy and flavourful, challenging expectations to deliver a truly unique experience.
