5 months without you was a long time, but we're happy to have you back! Dans le Noir ? Nantes dinners at the Radisson Blu reopen on September 4.

? We would like to inform you that we have taken all the necessary measures internally to allow our establishment to reopen with peace of mind. Our priority remains your safety and that of our teams. Please feel free to read below about the strict hygiene measures and reinforced control procedures at all levels (production, preparation, reception, service), as well as the adaptations we have put in place to enable you to enjoy our sensory experiences in complete safety.
? From September Dans le Noir ? Nantes is refocusing on dinners at the Radisson Blu, so we will no longer be offering tastings at the Espace Sensoriel. However, customers with tasting gift vouchers will be able to use them at the restaurant from September 4, for their purchase value, at an additional cost (from €25 depending on the formula chosen).
? For those with gift vouchers for dinner at the Radisson Blu, those expiring between March 15 and October 15, 2020 have their validity extended to December 15, 2020.
SAFETY AND HYGIENE MEASURES IMPLEMENTED BY DANS LE NOIR ? TO PROTECT OUR VISITORS AND STAFF:
- All our staff will be tested at the slightest symptom.
- Entrance to the dining room will be by table for each reservation (no entry with people you don't know).
- Customer arrival times have been staggered to allow social distancing between each customer on arrival and at check-out, and to avoid too many people crossing paths in our light zones.
- Separation of groups in the room (minimum distance 1 m)
- Disinfection of tables and chairs between each service.
- Disinfection of contact points, handles, TPEs, changing rooms and washrooms several times during services.
- Hydro-alcoholic gel dispensers are installed in several places throughout the establishment. Customers will be invited by signs or by staff to disinfect their hands on arrival at the establishment, before and after their meal.
- All our staff are equipped with protective masks, changed every 4 hours. This applies just as much to guides in the dark as to reception, bar and kitchen staff.
- Our teams are instructed to wash their hands every 30 minutes.
- Similar hygiene measures have been requested of our suppliers and deliverers.
NB: Until further notice, and in agreement with the health authorities, access to the dining room will not be possible for people with fever or cough symptoms. People with these symptoms will be asked to leave the establishment.
With all these measures, we believe we can provide maximum protection for our staff and visitors. We do, however, recommend that frail people postpone their visit for a few months to avoid risking their health.
